Delegate Booking Form - North of Ireland

Delegate fee is inclusive of all meals and conference documentation.

Should a speaker be unable to appear, every attempt will be made to find a substitute and the programme may be modified accordingly. The programme sent to applicants will indicate the approximate time of individual sessions, but if any substantial change has to be made, delegates will be advised, if time permits.

Invoicing
Invoices will be issued and sent to the address provided on the completed form below.

Accommodation
Accommodation costs are extra and must be booked directly with the hotel, quoting AISCC: Room Rates.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing within 14 days of the conference will not qualify for a refund on Conference fee.
